1- Delivery time?

Our products are made to order. Production can take 2-5 business days. When we finish packaging your product, we will send it.

The delivery time to USA take 2-5 business days.

2- Order modification or cancellation?

You have until 00:00 Midnight Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the same day you place your order to contact us.

We will not be able to process any modification or cancellation requests after this period.

Modification or cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, and all requests must be confirmed as received by our customer experience team to be taken into account.

3- How do I track my order?

If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is still in production.

Once your product is on its way we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that states your delivery date and tracking number.

4- Where is my order confirmation email?

If you haven’t gotten your order confirmation email, please check in your email spam folder.

If you can’t find your confirmation email, email us at support@ejewelrybox.com, and we’ll send the email again.
